Privacy Notice

1. Who we are

IO Fernix SRL, based in Heredia, Costa Rica. For anything privacy-related, write to [email protected].

2. What data we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, project type, and a description of your idea.

Your theme preference (light/dark) is stored only in your own browser (localStorage) and never leaves your device.

3. How we use it

Exclusively to reply to your message and follow up on your request. No newsletters, no automated marketing. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

4. Anti-bot verification

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. When you submit, Cloudflare may process basic technical data (such as your IP address) to tell humans apart from bots, under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

5. Email delivery

Form messages travel over transactional email infrastructure (Amazon Web Services) solely so your request reaches us.

6. Legal basis and consent

By submitting the form you consent to this processing, under Costa Rica's Law No. 8968 on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of their Personal Data, and its regulations.

7. How long we keep it

Messages are kept while the business relationship lasts, and deleted once they are no longer needed to reply or meet legal obligations.

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at [email protected]. We reply within a reasonable time.

9. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

If this notice changes, we will publish the updated version on this page with its effective date.
