1. What this site is

This is IO Fernix SRL's informational website. Everything described here (services, process, reference cases) is general information, not a binding offer: every project is governed by its own proposal and quote.

2. Site intellectual property

The text, design, logo, and code of this site belong to IO Fernix SRL. You may browse it and share its links, but not copy or reuse it without permission.

3. Ownership of contracted work

Unless the proposal states otherwise, the code and deliverables we build for you are 100% yours once the project is paid, documented so another team can continue them.

4. Timelines and costs

Published timeframes (e.g. 4–8 week sprints) are typical references, not commitments: each project's timeline and price are fixed in its proposal.

5. Acceptable use

By contacting us you agree not to submit unlawful content, not to attempt to breach the site, and not to use it for spam. The form is protected with anti-bot verification.

6. No availability warranty

We work to keep the site available and error-free, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a total absence of errors.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, IO Fernix SRL is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of this site's information. Liability for contracted services is governed by each proposal.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Heredia, Costa Rica.
